Ron Marsiglio is currently with Knowledge/PD LLC, a new entity formed for the purpose of sharing the experience of the transformation from a traditional Phased Gate Product Development system to the more productive Knowledge-Driven Product Development (KDPD) process. Ron is one of the few to have successfully led a complete KDPD transformation in a North America based business, Teledyne Benthos. His experience with the principles began in early 2005, with training from Targeted Convergence Corporation. In the three and one-half years since, he was able to establish a practical methodology for implementing these principles, which are successfully employed by a few leading companies, including Toyota. Prior to starting Knowledge/PD in the fall of 2008, Ron was President of Teledyne Benthos and was President & CEO of Benthos, Inc. since 2001, the company was acquired by Teledyne in 2006. In addition, Ron has had a successful career as the President of an international OEM automotive supplier and prior to that extensive experience in consumer electronics with Philips Electronics. Ron has a BSEE from the University of Illinois and an MBA from Loyola University of Chicago. |
